About

Hey there 👋🏻 I'm Becca!

Have you ever found yourself looking at something you worked really hard for and immediately thought, "Nahhh..." Not because you don't know what you're doing or because you're bad at it, but because there's a tiny gremlin in the back of your brain asking, "Are you sure you're doing this hard enough?" Before you know it, you're flipping through the mental Rolodex of evidence, trying to prove to yourself that you're competent, productive, and worthy of taking up space. Maybe you convince yourself you're just tired and a day off will fix it. Maybe you tell yourself things will feel better after vacation, after the next project, after the holidays, or after life slows down a little. Then one day, you realize it's not just rest that you're missing. You've spent so much time listening, carrying things, being responsible, taking care of other people, and trying to hold everything together that somewhere along the way, you've lost sight of yourself. And in the middle of all that, you find yourself wondering, "Who the hell am I?" Or maybe an even scarier question, "Do I even want to keep being this version of me?" Those are the kinds of questions that bring people into my office. I work with Millennial women who spend a lot of time taking care of other people. Many are therapists, teachers, healthcare workers, business owners, and helpers. From the outside, it might look like they have their shit together. They're responsible, capable, and often the person everyone else turns to for support. On the inside, they're carrying burnout, people-pleasing, ADHD, anxiety, religious trauma, relationship challenges, and the pressure of being everything to everyone while quietly wondering who they are underneath all the expectations. I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), a practical approach that combines curiosity, self-awareness, and action. Together, we'll start connecting the dots between your experiences, your patterns, your values, and the person you want to be moving forward. If you've spent years understanding everyone else and are ready to spend some time understanding yourself, you're in the right place.
